Normally I'd say the SIG P365 Anti Snag (SAS) would be among the best for capacity and concealed carry. But I found a better solution that is even lighter, more concealable, and more effective.
I carry the business card of the nearest social worker to professionally diffuse any situation. And when seconds count, I have their number programmed on my phone.

When seconds count I will use my 12+1 9mm first to "diffuse"-- then I will use the much lighter business card to call the concealed carry insurance lawyer.
