If Omar wants to "dismantle" the systems that allowed Floyd to die, the democratic party should be at the very top of her list. It can easily be shown that when push comes to shove, it is the democratic party who have created and maintained the "...systems that allowed him to die."
Democrats created the welfare system that encourages single parent homes in minorities. This factor has been shown using innumerable studies to significantly contribute to crime, drug use, gang behavior, etc. among the youth.
Democrats created and operate the education (read propaganda) system that leaves minorities with little to no education, and no job skills. Again, low education and poor job skills are major contributors to crime and drug use.
Democrats created the "housing projects" (read SLUMS) in those ever-so-convenient (read Out-Of-The-Way-From-Us-Ruling-Elite-Types) sectors of our cities. So their handy voting-block pets can beat, rob, and kill each other all they want. The democrats have NEVER ONCE voiced concern over the levels of black-on-black violence and murder. They only take notice when the politically convenient White cop vs. "poor, underpriviledge" Black criminal that they take notice. Of particular note is how riots in certain democrat-led cities were ONLY curtailed when the rioting spilled out of the slums and into the suburbs of the ruling elite.
Democrat policies led to the leniency on crime which resulted in George Floyd being on the streets where he could cause more trouble, which in turn led to the arrest and subsequent death. Had Floyd been in jail, WHERE HE BELONGED had he been sentenced justly, he would still be alive today.
