I hope we will not be dragged into a war over Israel being attacked. We have enough problems with other nations who hate us but not enough that they stop taking our money. Any of them are crazy enough to go nuclear if desperate enough not to lose their place as Dictator.
It's not that we cannot win a war, the problem is we are not allowed to do so. Imo we haven't really won anything since WW2. It's despicable to send our troops into battle without a lawyer behind them, saying what is allowed and what is not. What was done to some of the civilians and babies was monstrous, at times it takes another monster to kill such as these baby killers. Ours can be deprogramed, their cannot.
I do expect some sort of retaliation here in the US over this horrific event. With our wide-open borders, it will not be hard to do. Our homeland security is a joke.
