War should have been declared when the Mexican Gubmint started distributing that pamphlet that instructed their people an' the people from other countries how to invade us. If anything that was an act of war. We should never have given Mexico back in 1846.

I agree, huge mistake giving Mexico back in 1846. The flag from the Alamo is in a museum in Mexico City, we should have brought it home long ago. As it stands now Mexico may well have the Alamo back in Mexicans hands. In one generation perhaps several states if we last that long as a nation. No nation can continue to exist as its former self with massive numbers of immigrants both legal and illegal poured into the existing population. We are fast losing our language, culture and American way of life all thanks to our elected officials and far too many apathetic citizens.
