So the stoners can do a work around on the enlistment date or officers can be clean when they receive their commission, but eight miles high the rest of the time? Is there still a severe penalty for puffing mary jane on a basis other than these two? If recruitment drops low enough we can accept the LSD users, the Meth users, the Crack cocaine users, the alcohol abusers and on and on without end. A military filled with drunk, stoned, hallucinating lgbtq personnel is just what we need. Sounds like the recruitment offices should post a sign saying, normal, straight, drug free people need not apply. A band of Hunter's brothers could be recalled and have their bad conduct discharges cleaned up in no time.
