AT&T workers strike enters 10th day, federal mediation underway

My phone went dead two Monday's ago.  Was told a tech would be here on Thursday.
He was a now show.  Then they went on strike Friday.  My phone keeps coming back on
for a short time last three days but keeps dying out.  I pay for a phone with Comcast that
I don't use so I am considering having ATT disconnect my line.  And when I told ATT this all
I get back is that 'sorry to hear that' line.  IOW, they don't give a heck.  I am an ATT retiree
and if I gave customer service like they do today, I would have had my arse on the line.
